Post cereal customers may be eligible to file a claim in a $15 million class-action settlement against the cereal company. Two consumers filed the class action lawsuit in 2016 alleging that Post labeled its products with claims that made the products seem healthy, when the products actually contained high added sugar content. Class Members who submit claims without proof of purchase will be subject to per-product caps based on an average use of four boxes per month. Claims submitted with proof of purchase will not be capped. If you feel you qualify for a payment, your claim must be submitted online or postmarked by May 19, 2021.
